129 researchers and public health and medical authorities from 31 countries have signed an "open letter" to support WHO’s approach to maintain a position based on scientific evidence on the use of Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS).

Electronic cigarettes, also called “e-cigarettes” or “e-cigs”, are the most known electronic nicotine delivery system.
