What is the Gold Forum?

It is a global platform that gives recognition to members and non-members working at the highest level of ENSH standards implementation. It provides a learning and sharing forum for the exchange of best practice and access to experts on key aspects of implementation on tobacco free policies. The aim of the Gold level Forum is to provide recognition for the long time efforts and strong commitment of health care services in the field of tobacco control.

Who can participate?

All health care services that have reached a high level of implementation of the ENSH Standards on tobacco control and have had the results validated in a national or regional process.

Benefits of the Gold Level Forum:

· Global sharing and learning process for good practice in tobacco free health care service.

· Platform to give recognition to best practice health care services through being a Gold Forum Member

· Provision of expert assistance in the implementation of tobacco free policies.

· Supportive forum for national and regional coordinators to exchange ideas and experiences which support and encourage participation on a global level
The experiences provided by Forum members will serve to inspire health care services interested in implementing the ENSH concept, provide practical assistance to networks were tobacco legislation is weak and be a rich source of best practice models in a variety of settings.

It will be released in 20th International Conference on Health Promoting Hospitals [HPH] in April 2012 (Taiwan).
